In general, nothing out of pocket. We work with insurance companies and government agencies to receive payment for the services we provide
No, There is a safety concern with hazardous materials clean up that is being overseen by the EPA and is considered "phase 1", this is required to be done by Government personal or government contractors. However, for "phase 2" work that consists of the bulk of the demolition and clean up process you have the right to handle through your own channels to get a more personalized complete service. Thats where we can help.
Cleanup times are dependent on many variables and safety concerns. In general working with ADR will get the clean up done on a shorter timeline than waiting for government agencies.
